My major activites in this job are:

Conducting broad based community meetings (BBCM)at different villages
Conducting needs assessment, base line surveys for data collection in the the project area
Disaster assessment in the villages using transit walk and Participatory Rural Approach (PRA)
Formation of village committees and making operation and maintenance O&M plans witn the committee
Making terms of partnerships with communities and stakeholders
Community meetings for building capacity of community in water sanitation and hygiene WASH approaches also uisng community LED approach
Developing new proposals using formative research and as per needs of the community
Making sustainability plans and monthly plans for collecting money for proper operation and maintainance
Distribution of Non Food Items NFIs in the community following proper checking, filing and distribution techniques
 Guiding community for any kind of complaints using CRM
Regular follow up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with best possible solutions.
Conducting donor visits in the project area
Training hygiene volunteers in the communities

My duties includes:·       Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision·       Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations·       Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization·       Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures·       Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
