7 Greets visitors and performs general administrative duties. Handles incoming calls and Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. Operates manual and electronic mailing equipment. Maintain the general filing system. Maintain an adequate inventory of office stationary. Hotel and flight reservation of CEO & staff. Preparing TADA, PGA, Fuel requisitions and payment request form.
