On the basis of my M.B.A degree I acquired equivalence certificate of MS/Mphil from HEC"Higher Education Commission". My over all experience is 3 years. Currently I am doing job in Alkhidmat Foundation Pkistan as "Program Accounts & Finance Officer" for last year and 4 months. Preparation of Final Accounts of all Aghosh Homes (Project of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan)
Conducting internal audit of all Aghosh Homes.
Quarterly review and planning visits to all sub offices of Alkhidmat Foundation.
Quarterly Disbursement to 6500 orphans all over the Pakistan through bank and advance/cash.
Preparation of FRF, Bank Letters.
Annual Disbursement of Educational Kit to 6500 orphans all over the Pakistan through bank and advance/cash.
Bank Reconciliation Statement month wise.
Preparation of Budgets of all Aghosh Homes for each fiscal year.
Preparation of OFSP Regional Budget for each quarter.
Quarterly or interim visits to all Aghosh Homes with internal audit team for smoothing internal control on them.
Checking of vouchers of Aghosh Homes and preparation of Journal Vouchers
Plan and publicise, each semester, to staff, and students, the examinations schedule encompassing
internal examinations.
Collecting Fee from students and entering in quick book software.
Maintaining complete record of student files
Maintaining vouchers on daily basis
Maintaining bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis
Maintaining Revenue Vs Expense Sheet on monthly basis and make graph on excel sheets for monthly comparisons
