•            To build and maintain positive working relationships with local communities, organizations and team members. Management of service delivery, including quality assurance, accountability and sustainability.
•            Supporting the strategic development of the sector, and representing the sector in relevant partnerships. (when/where require)
•            To ensure that accurate records are maintained and to monitor the outcomes of social mobilization.
•            To mobilize the target community for the integrated intervention of the organization in Connection to WASH, to develop ToP for Village Organization (VO), Community Micro Projects (sub Committees for CMPs in VO), and water management committee, make agreements with respective committees and sub committees.
•            To resolve all the social conflicts in the targeted communities by application of participatory approaches in an amicable way.

Assist Senior Project Officer in identification of multiple assessments of project activities. 
Assist Safeguarding Protection and Inclusion Officer to conduct orientation sessions of Dignity Groups established in at community level. 
Supervise the community mobilizer’s team to implement social mobilization approach.
