Job Description:

• Making of the Various Shop drawings in the field of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Medical Gas, & various Building services.
• Responsible for the Quantity Survey for the tendering & Pricing for different projects in the field of HVAC & Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Medical Gas and various Building services.
• Responsible for the complete execution of the works at Site (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and various Mechanical services) as project Engineer.

Projects:

• Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments, Diplomatic Quarters, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Installation of complete HVAC works.)
• Ministry of Defense and Aviation, Raniyah Army Cantt (Replacement of old black steel Chilled water pipes with new HDPE pipes).
• Prince Naif Arab University of Security Sciences (Fire Fighting works in new building).
• Ministry of Defense and Aviation, King Khalid Military City (Fire Fighting works in new workshops).
• Head office Saudi Border Guards (Installation of FM200 fire extinguishing systems and installation of Fire pump set and water booster pump set).

Manage administration of the IT Helpdesk department and to assure a problem free atmosphere for work.
Communicates with Branch Managers & Service Unit during the problem resolution process.
Enhance performances by refining SOPs pertaining to Service desk and Service Units.
Handling most complex complaints and provide the most effective alternate for quick resolution.
Analyzing Performance Statistic and making decisions on the basis of these facts.
Analyze call volumes, Service level dips and trends to develop forecasts for capacity planning.
Managing KPI's on MESH through addition, updation and deletion of indicators and allotted marks.
Ensures that IT Helpdesk team is performing their chores appropriately and as per the laid KPI's.
Coach the IT Helpdesk team for improving quality of service and enhancing customer interaction.
Performs live monitoring of calls for all agents including the quality supervisor.
Take overflow calls to mitigate unanswered call level.
Holds team meeting to listen to grievances, suggestions and to provide motivation, guidance and help to
the entire team.
Develop Customize reports for different departments.
