• Financial Data Management: Accurately input and maintain large volumes of financial data, ensuring zero discrepancies in daily financial records.
• Expense Reporting: Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports, enabling efficient financial monitoring and control.
• Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments, including the creation of Cash Payment Vouchers (CPVs) and Bank Payment Vouchers (BPVs), ensuring timely and accurate payments through Inter-Bank Fund Transfers (IBFT).
• Financial Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of financial transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that accounts are balanced.
• Payment Processing: Efficiently handle both cash and bank payments, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to streamline payment processes.
