To ensure all job descriptions from the forum (Portal) are signed and saved in the employee record.
• To make announcements of public holidays and employees’ resignation intimation.
• Updation of Notice boards for the announcements of deaths, appreciation, thank you, birthday lists.
• Providing Application forms, police verification, medical form, Code of Conduct, declaration statement, employee hand book, standards, IT access form to the employees.
• Making the Swiping cards of the new joiners and providing them access to the hotel.
• Completing personal documentation of new associates and getting the signature from the departmental heads.
• Entry of new associates (Contractual and permanent) into the HCMS system.
• Scheduling interviews as per the Director’s instructions.
• Send the employees to the Orientation training of Movenpick.
• Assist Director training in scheduling activities.
• Preparation of resignation brief.
• Preparation of letters (Experience or any other miscellaneous)
• To organize the Town Hall Meeting
• To ensure regional communication is done on timely manner.
• To conduct Exit Interviews of the employees leaving the organization.
• To ensure all new employees are provided with all documentation, name badges, access card and other information ensuring a smooth introduction to the Hotel. Provide mini-induction (backdoor, canteen, uniforms, changing rooms, lockers) where necessary.
• Ensure all HR, Quality and Training notice boards are kept up to date and look well presented at all times.
• Communicate relevant HR information to Department Heads and employees on a regular basis (Birthday listings, staff listings, etc).
