SENIOR OFFICER IT
• Working in Maymar Housing Services as IT officer since November 2014, where job responsibility are describe below,
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and ensure maximum performance by maintenance.
• Installing new softwares.
• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection.
• Network maintenance to minimize network faults, and sharing issues.
• Technical support for people using the network.
• Training staff on new systems.
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use.
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards.
• Supervising helpdesk staff.

BSS Engineer
• Working at MYSON as BSS engineer from December 2013 to November 2014
• Trouble shoot and rectification of all kind of transmission issues such as LOS, interference, etc.
• Configuration of NEC link and Ericsson radio link with cross connection.
• Add or remove any kind of hardware (such as TGT9, TGT18,TMX, Trage, Trade, Suma, Out C card, etc) in BSS experience.
• Hand on experience in using Site Master (Bird) & resolving VSWR problem.
• GLO experience of Delta 2900w rectifier and Emerson 2000w rectifier.
• Securing equipment experience from climax.
• Utilization of power properly by load balancing experience.
• Trouble shoot and rectification of Diesel Generator (9kva, 13kva, 20kva, 27kva).
• Check all part of engine such as Dynamo, Self-Starter motor, Deep see, lift pump and etc.
• Test Genset Battery status and make report after verification of Dynamo and static charger status.
• Test safeties of engine such as Oil and Temperature.
• Check all kind of leakage such as front seal, water body and radiator, main and return pipe of fuel.
• Manage data of Over-Hauling engine with complete oil consumption report.
