Using excel sheets for for making talent pool and database. Using different tools and Boolean searches for headhunting of candidates for a specific role. Writing emails to process application of candidates. Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. Screen IT-related resumes in accordance with the competencies given in the job requirements. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities for our clients.
