1. Improvement in design and fabrication of Various Textile Machinery like Tumble Dryer, Garment washer, High Temperature & Pressure Dyeing Machine etc.
2. Amendment in design of machine according to customer requirement and fabrication/ testing of the same to satisfy the Client.
3. Management of manpower after receiving an order and target setting to obtain the desired production.
4. Handing Over the machine to Client after installation and testing at Client’s site.
5. Conducting audits to identify the high performers in production team.

3. Planning of hydrostatic test and burst test of LPG Cylinders and comparing its results according to LPG Codes and standards.
4. Monitoring and stage by stage inspection of Production.
5. Supervised Press Shop as an Incharge for One Year and 2 months
6. Supervised Welding Shop as an Incharge for One Year and 2 months.
7. Dealing with all matters related to both of Shops.
8. Meeting requisite production target by max. Utilization of work force.
