there was also my temporary appointment contract job . my responsibilities administrative clerical work,like corresponding letters,maintain daily record , maintain daily office work schedules.(1) to maintain records using able data base and spreads sheet application (2) To ensure a mange of activities and schedules are delivered according to agreed deadlines and slandered. (3)To assets in the preparation of management information reports.( 4)To undertake routine administrative tasks as required as per need of project . (5) To arrange internal &external event,meetings, meetings with communities & local authorities.

(3)motivate community peoples through orientation,sessions & project brief. (4)responsible for reporting & maintain records update on daily basis. (6)identification & involvement of vulnerable families in the project planing & implementation. (7) conduct baseline surveys /assessment . (8)coordinate & mobilize communities on conducting focus group discussion in the project area. (9) conduct awareness sessions in schools of project areas. (10) developed strong relationship with communities and engage diverse organizations and communities leaders and residential of the intervention area.
