I have Worked with in-patient and out-patient individuals suffering from diverse conditions and co-morbidities. Counseled individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring. I also developed and implemented dietary-care plans for patients based on requirements and restrictions. Determined individual patients needs through direct nutritional assessments. Coordinated nutritional support based on individual patients needs and also drove patient satisfaction by conducting regular rounds with face-to-face contact.
