I am the student.. my education is continue in bs in geology... Geology is the study of rocks and minerals... There are three types of rocks.. igneous rock, sedimentary rock, metamorphic rock. Igneous rocks are formed from the cooling and solidification of lava and mangma, sedimentary rock are formed from lithification of sediments( clay, gravel ,etc), metamorphic rock are formed from tha rock can be transferred and exchange into new rock
