The Project is funded by the Asian Development Bank and aims to build and improve irrigation infrastructure across three agencies of FATA. The project includes construction of weirs, infiltration galleries, Siphons and irrigation channels.
• Checking & Implementation of detail drawings and construction schedules of different projects.
• Checking of bar bending schedules, Shop drawings, check requests, daily progress reports & supervision of different level of structures.
• Verification of Interim payment certificates submitted by contractors.
• Ensure the execution of Projects/Structures according to design and specifications.

• Assessment of damaged schools.
• Quantities take off for repair work.
• Preparation of bill of quantities.
• Preparation of necessary drawing.
• Inspection of work as per drawings and specifications.
• Checking of work done and verification of submitted Interim payment certificates.
• Preparing monthly progress reports.

 To conduct survey and feasibility of the community based physical infrastructure schemes
identified by the community organizations.
Participate in the evaluation of EOIs, ITBs, RFQs, RFPs, etc., as and when required.
 To prepare design and cost estimates on the basis of prevailing market rates analysis of raw
materials and or according to the schedule rates of the governments, where applicable.
 Provide technical guidance to the community/ community contractor in the implementation of
Community based infrastructure schemes approved by the PMU.
 Carry out technical monitoring of the community based schemes as per the approved designs
and costs estimates and submit reports to the PMU.
 To verify and authenticate the quantity and quality of work on the CPIs according to
approved design parameters and budget estimates and recommend necessary actions for
efficient delivery and completion of schemes.
 To provide guidance for operation & maintenance of the CPIs by the community
organizations.
 Ensure that all necessary documentation regarding infrastructure projects is properly maintained at regional and PMU level.
 To submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Regional office and PMU.
 Attend meetings to discuss potential areas of mutual interest and benefit with program
targeted municipal authorities, government ministries, local and international NGOs, and
FATA communities.
Coordinate and Liaise with consultant companies, contractors, technical departments related to infrastructure projects and ensure quality assurance of the work undertaken by consultant companies, contractors and IP’s
 Maintain records in accordance with program standards.
 Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

 To carry out Need assessment for all type of (CPIs) activities.
 Preparation of designs, estimates and Tender documents for all infrastructures.
 Regular monitoring of ongoing construction activities to ensure that all the activities are
 Executing as per design, specifications and work schedule.
 Extend all possible technical support to other team members and contractors when and where
required.
 Preparation of feasibility reports and completion certificates.
 Verify the work done at site and recommend for the payments to contractors.
 Prepare weekly, monthly work plans and progress reports.
 Working in harmony with all other project staff and field team for the effective and efficient.
 Day-to-day management of the project.
 Any other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
