Duties Performed Specific to Pulmonology  History Taking, perform ward rounds, examining COPD, Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, Small cell carcinoma patients. Duties included supervised care of out patient, patients in ER, responsible for daily progress report of In patients and case presentation in daily morning round. Monitoring of patients in CPAP and BIPAP session, doing procedure like taking ABGS, Bronchoscopy, Thoracoscopy, maintaining chest drains, passing of nasogastric tube, doing pleural tape and passing of Foley's catheter and learnt about medical disorders and their disease course closely.Duties Performed Specific to Cardiology  History Taking, clinical examination, doing CPR, In & Out-Patient care and Management. Femoral and Radial catheterization, preparing patients for angiography and angioplasty and management of Acute coronary syndrome, Heart failure patients.Duties Performed Specific to Orthopedics and trauma History taking, clinical examination, ATLS, Pre & Post-Op patient care and management. Carry out efficient ward rounds, doing procedures like, suturing of wound, pressure dressing, applying cast to fracture and also assisting procedure in OT like Total Hip and knee replacement, Illizarov complex, excision of soft tissue sarcoma, internal fixation of spine, diabetics foot and ankle care, arthroplasty repair of Meniscus & Cruciate ligament tear and Amputation procedures. Keep up the medical record keeping. Post op care of patients including pain management, maintaining vaccum drains.
