Responsibilities: 
• Perform Bookkeeping, General ledger functions.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for the management. • Reconcile vendor balances. • Make appropriate corrections in vendor accounts. • Assist marketing and sale team in collecting payments from customers. • Handling petty cash, Perform Bookkeeping, General ledger functions. • Handling withholding tax deductions. • Bank reconciliation, inspect and process credit card bills. • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks. • Respond to all vendor inquiries, regarding expired stock replacement etc. • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies. • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company   policy and accepted accounting practices. • Liaison with Tax consultant for yearly income tax payments.

o Provision of outstanding liability data to external auditors of corporate clients.
o Assisting State Bank and Internal auditors for Retail Finance audit.
o Arrangement of approvals from approving authority for “permanent release” of Security documents and issuance of No Objection Certificates.
o Credit reporting of individual and corporate clients to central bank.
o Financial reporting of consumer products to finance department of bank.
o Processing of early termination of loans/payoff.
o Make Liaison with branches for issuance of NOCs to clients for their existing closed loans in BOP.
o Initiating the process of auto lease customers with initial risk assessment.
o Preparation of credit approvals / credit advices.
o Completing the process of credit documentation.
o Issuance of vehicle delivery orders to credit approved clients.
