·         Main Tasks & Responsibilities as part of the project’s social mobilization team under the direct supervision of the SSO and the Project Manager, the incumbent of the post will have the following responsibilities
·         Preparing weekly, monthly, and overall DIP under the direct supervision of SSO, to identify stakeholders, potential leaders, influential, and decision P maker’s/opinion makers in the assigned working area. Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for donor-funded projects.
·         Introduce Qatar Charity's program to the local communities and the formation of local WASH Committees. To begin with a baseline survey of target communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment Develop a profile of the villages/area
·         Working on PRE KAP and POST KAP surveys in communities, using PRA tools for ODF triggering, preparing MOVs such as honorium sheets and identification and assessments in communities for implementing WASH related project
·         To provide community leaders with management skills and knowledge (about CLTS and hygiene) in getting community members interested, organized, and motivated to motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance Maintaining good relations with communities, notables, and local contact persons to involve them in project activities and seek their support wherever required
·         Identification of beneficiaries for hygiene kit distribution Daily oral report from activities for base Program
·         Facilitate the community in Project Planning, Implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation
·         Supervise logistic arrangement of timely distribution tools and equipment’s and consumable for trainees
Participate in Behavior Change Communication (BCC) sessions and awareness Training of community base hygiene mobilizers on hygiene messages

Under the guidance of the Project Manager, monitor and coordinate the operational planning and implementation of key livelihood activities under the food for assistance projectWithin the specific area of responsibility, prepare a range of reports and data analysis (e.g. food assistance needs, resource utilization, program status, performance) and highlight trends/issues ensuring deliverables adhere to corporate standards and quality controlDevelop and implement livelihood activities and raise anything to adjust according to the contextFacilitate community engagement on the project based on humanitarian principlesOversee cash, and other market-based modalities to achieve project objectivesPreparing a tool for market monitoring during the implementation of projectComplete deliverable to specification and within time line
