*Developing JDs/KPIs of all employees
* Carrying out Performance Appraisal of employees with help of Line Managers
*Staffing and sorting issues arising out of it
*Succession planning
*Responsible for ISO Certification and adherence to guidelines
*Employee Training Needs assessment, training delivery and feedback
*Maintaining working relationship with employees
*Managing payroll, etc
* Keep in mind HSE of organization and employees
*Routine activities like Utilities Bill payment, etc
