Company panel petrol pumps fueling invoices and vehicle

-Prepare financial Record sheet of imported drilling and
assembling spare parts of the oil wells machines
-Reconcile Bank statement of Account receivales and
payables transactions on daily,monthly basis and yearly
basis.
-Handling field advances Petty cash expenses on monthly
basis.
-Knowledege of OMC ,IFEM and PCA (OEC)

-Book keeping of Account receivable & Paybles in Oracle EBS
-Maintain record of daily cash and and bank payment Ledgers
and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
-Prepare the payment Journal vouchers (JVs) and GST,
SST,FST,PST Tax Ledgers of Company and outsource Hired
vehicles
-Coordinate with Compliance department regarding
customer invoice payments and different company inancial
documentation,Cash,Bank Ledgers etc.

-Understand the Financial Reporting Process, Tax
matters,and payroll system working process with SAP ERP
