Using “Ariba Portal” for Direct auction or Dutch auction.
Placing PO after evaluating vendors bids/quotes
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality with best pricing
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.

• Forecasting of the products on the basis of past sales analysis.
• Production analysis.
• Brief Production Planning
• Product Selection and approvals in terms of Designs.
• Issuance of fabric to Embroidery and Cutting Department.
• Designed Panels Dispatching to suppliers for production.
• Dispatching Packing Material to Suppliers and making TO in ERP (AX Dynamics).
• Selecting Catalog Designs for Upcoming Volume.
• Deliveries follow ups with Suppliers as per Maturity date of Purchase Order.
• Follow up with QC for real time releasing GRN.
• Making BOM in ERP (AX Dynamics).
• Monitoring inventory levels at Outlets, Warehouse and WIP.
• Making Distribution and holding plan and Instructing Distribution team accordingly.
• Outlets Survey on weekly basis.
• Supplier Bill document submission to Accounts Department and follow-ups for their payment release.

To entertain and Track all AOG and MEL Demands from Engineering.
Role which requires full determination of sourcing best possible solution and taking decisions within minutes and engaging the complete Management.
This role requires full skills of a strong communication / Decision Making / Stress Managing/ Responsible role.
Approval from Management for CST after evaluation of quotes and negotiation with suppliers for cost cutting, lead times, warranty, certification and other Technical aspects.
Creation of all Evaluation Reports in ERP for further higher management approvals before ordering.
Generating Purchase order in ERP of all AOG and MEL items.
Determine the fastest mean of Freight Handlings, following up the part till complete customs procedure and delivery received at store.
Record keeping for Purchase Order, CST and ER with tracking of invoices and AWB.
Coordinating with engineering, internal shops, inventory planning, OEMS, Boeing and Airbus all vendors / Airlines covering Middle East region to get a solution with best possible outcome.
Utilization of Aircraft related Manuals that include the General Maintenance Manual, reviewing illustrated Parts Catalogs (I.P.C), the IATA dangerous goods manuals, and various service bulletins.

• Web Portal Punched Orders management and processing.
• Inventory Planning of all product line as per their selling trends.
• Arranging QC rejected products from Outlets and FG Warehouse.
• Managing and Planning Inventory level and monitoring fast moving and slow moving products.
• Aligning new upcoming Volume Photo Shoots for Web Uploading.
• Dispatching National and International Customers Orders via TCS and DHL

• B2B and B2C Sales of from stock and from Auction.
• Customer account management till reserving and shipping the car till the Destination port.
• Providing shipment information to Customers.
