I enhanced the capacity, capability, & quality of work by undertaking professional courses as if IOSH MS + HABC fire safety + OSHA Scaffolding safety + OSHA confined space safety and IMS.
My aim is to maximize and sharpen my analytical skills through persistent learning as well as to gain invaluable knowledge and experience, and to become competent enough to handle all the technical and managerial aspects.

Executive HSE & Compliance (ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 Certified)
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards. Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks. conduct training sessions for employees, educating them on safe work practices and environmental responsibilities. This includes teaching proper equipment use, emergency procedures, and waste disposal protocols. Investigate workplace accidents, near misses. Root cause analysis of customer complaints using quality tools like RCCA, fish bone diagrams etc.
Process capability analysis of all production machines, planning and implementation of Process Capability annual plan.
Gauge R&R analysis,
