Control of Documentation through iSMS, PSI, weekly and monthly MOMs,
Coordinating and communicating with all levels of the organization ensuring that Client HSE policies and procedural requirements are understood and implemented.
Representing the HSE Department at all management meetings either internally or externally.
Ensuring that all staff within HSE department is aware of and has access to the approved procedures and working practices required to be used on the works.
Maintaining all HSE and Incident records.
Investigating any incidents or violations of HSE regulations.
Corrective and preventive actions with reports of HSE team.
Prepare and review all HSE Plans (Scaffolding, Confine, Heat Stress, Emergency response etc).
Enforcing hold points of work when violations could cause serious damage.
Communicating with authorities (Security, Fire Fighting and ambulance) and direct coordination with the higher management regarding project HSE issues.
Holding meeting with Management and other related staff to discuss project HSE issue in coordination with the Projects Manager.
Sites visit for all locations to obtain on hand monitoring for site HSE standards.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure the thorough and consistent implementation of the HSE Management System,
Monitoring of environment conditions and make arrangements to mitigate the issues,
Environmental Management Plan (EMP) including;
   Environmental Impact Assessment commitments;
   Air quality (dust/vehicle emissions);
   Noise management and recording;
   Waste management;
   Groundwater use/protection.
Induction and training records;
Incident and compliant recording;
Maintenance and inspection checklists;
Waste manifests including;
   Class I, II and III waste manifests;
   wastewater manifests;
   waste transporter approvals/permits;
Chemical inventory and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

Management of Contractor Safety team by following the management plan Client,
Coordinating and communicating with all levels of the organization ensuring that SC and Client HSE policies and procedural requirements are understood and implemented.
Maintaining all HSE and Incident records.
Investigating any incidents or violations of HSE regulations with contractors HSE team.
Reviewing and approving corrective and preventive actions with reports of HSE.
Review and approval of Contractors HSE Plans.
Enforcing hold points of work when violations could cause serious damage.
Communicating with authorities (Security, Fire Fighting and ambulance) and direct coordination with the contractors higher management regarding project HSE issues.
Originating letters to contractors and signing them in conjunction with higher management.
Holding meeting with Management and other related staff to discuss project HSE issue in coordination with the Projects Manager.
Preparing monthly project safety report and submit to Client.
Sites visit for all locations to obtain on hand monitoring for site HSE standard.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure the thorough and consistent implementation of the HSE Management System

Monitor the activities according the management system of Saudi Aramco elements and update accordingly
Supervision of the team of safety supervisors & officers,
Assist the management in daily walk through of SAPMT and prepare the close out of the issues,
Following all reporting documentation according the SA management system
Conduct Training Need Analysis and send the staff for training as required,
Prepare TBT topics and presentations material,
Monitoring of the daily attendance of safety officers, assistants and labor,
Control and issuance of PPEs and monitor the availability of other materials,
Monitor the environment issues i.e. dust control, waste removal, water leakages and temperature (heat index)
Monitoring of welfare facilities,
Closing observations and NCRs served by SAPMT, PID or LPD,
Review of observations of safety officers and support them to close/solve these issues,
Review of daily TBT, induction and deliver weekly TBT,
Preparation/Review of JSA, check lists, PTWs, Logs etc.,
Communicate with Management to address the issues of HSE observed by Safety Officers, SAPMT, PID and LPD,
Review Risk assessments to meet the objectives.
Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment; adopting a proactive approach to identify hazards
Ensure compliance with all applicable OH&S regulations and company policies
Conduct weekly/monthly safety meetings to communicate safety related information; take action on issues that were raised and provided updates to employees on progress at follow-up meetings
Investigate all accidents and prepared a report and recommendations.
Review of firefighting equipment inspection i.e. fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, smoke detectors, fire alarms and maintain records accordingly.
Build own team and ensuring their competence and availability of resources for the tasks in assigned areas.
Develop and validate emergency response procedures for the assigned project.
