 Provide superior customer services through efficient processing of orders, timely deliveries against their orders & support them to resolve their issues and problems.
 Responsible for Inventory Control, Inventory Analysis & Accuracy & record keeping of physical & system Stocks.
 Logistics & Transport Management for trade supplies and all ship to locations & Sub-distributors
 Ensure that warehouse officer inputs timings of loading/unloading on VLS sheets and hands over to IT officers for daily reporting
 Managing receiving of goods, processing documentation, storing deliveries at warehouse.
 Manage NRA utilization on daily basis & sharing with CBD team
 Manage DOC (Days of covering) and sharing with CBD team on daily basis
 Responsible for making supplies arrangement as per customer's requirements
 Coordination with Global Customer at the time, before & after shipment
 Communicate with P&G for shipments and all other warehouse related issues

 Maintain record and generate reports on monthly, quarterly & annually basis for all activities under taken by Sales department.
 Managing sales related operation
 Supporting the field sales team.
 Maintain & update Asset Record for Sales Assets.
 Managing secondary sales system and ensure smooth operation.
 Ensure trade offer as per given allocation.
 Making sale score card and KPI on daily basis.
 Tracking of Business Execution & Loss (Sales Representative & Location Wise)

 Making primary sales, Secondary Sales
 Organize and track purchase orders
 Monitoring on Traders Offers
 Maintain the inventory of FMGC Items
 Preparing the Claims
 Create and maintain customer databases
