· Proper warehouse S.O.P making and ensuring its 100% implementation.
· Maintaining space in warehouse all the time to accommodate incoming shipments(Import+Locl).
· Maintaining FIFO & LIFO procedures.
· Helding daily,weekly & monthly audits and cycle counts for the inventory accuracy.
· luiquidation of the stored material or sku on time by keeping in view the shelf life and aging of the sku.
· Making dispatch as fast as possible by making picking and sorting plan on daily basis.
· Making warehouse team to be extra vigilant while receiving products in warehouse by checking quality & quantitity of said items.
· Efficiently handling of the products to avoid market returns and damaged items.
· Making ware house data entry team to reconcile their whole activity physically & systematically both to avoid any descripencies.
Ensuring 100% IRA.
Maintaining diferent supply chain operations like(OTIF,JIT & INVENTORY TURNOVERS)
· Ensuring SAFETY STOCK LEVELS(Raw materials+Finished goods) to avoid shortages in warehouse.
·Proper tracking & analysis of warehouse cost by making analytical reports.
· Proper tracking & analysis of logistic cost by making analytical reports & selecting efficient transport teams.
· Selecting effeciet transport partners to meet the market demand.
· Make logistic partners liable for the safety of the product & lead times by making mutually agreed logistic contracts.
· Fulfilling the high demands of distributors and retailers through efficient lead time.
· Route planning for efficient utilization of time and vehicles.
· Implementing best vehicle hygine for the safety of the products.
