Mediation System (Huawei)/ Fraud Management System (Basset)/ Revenue Assurance System (WeDo)

• Responsible for Creating processes and configuration changes in Huawei, Basset and WeDo application.
• Managing data storage/archiving and ensuring end to end availability of all data streams.
• Automation of routine tasks, development of alert systems and reports for efficient system monitoring (Shell Scripting/PL/SQL Procedure/C#).
• Liaison with the vendor for conducting system upgrades and modifications.
• Coordination with Marketing, customer care, Finance and sales regarding VAS & Business related requirements, including the new developments and changes to existing applications/services.
• Call Detail Record (CDR) testing and verification.
• Data completeness assurance for Fraud Management System (FMS) & Revenue Assurance (RA) by daily reconciliations with mediation and up-stream systems, Daily identification & reporting of missing / error files on both platforms.
• Weekly coordination with technical teams for gathering of RA – Platform Integration (PI) dumps and assurance of timely process completeness.

Interconnect Billing System

• Development of Automated Alerts and Reports for the System and trend analysis using oracle.
• CDRs testing to implement new traffic routes and other Interconnect related changes.
• Reconciliation with Interconnect Operators (especially with PTCL) for dispute resolution.
• New trunk group Definition and Configuration.

• Adventure Works 2014 (OLTP version) is a sample open source database.
• The database is about a fictious, multinational bicycle manufacturer called Adventure Works Cycles.
• Implemented a complete Data warehouse and Business Intelligence (Teradata Express 15) solution for Adventure Works from Business requirements to Semantic Data Model.
• During this project I have implemented whole ETL flow stream of data from source systems to Dimensional Modeling (i.e Staging, CDM and SDM) using TD utilities as Fastload, BTEQ’s and Shell scripts.
• Created Dashboards using BI Tools i.e MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI.
