I have proven track record of successful employment with largest Telecom companies in the world. I am one of those who started my carrier from grass root level and reached to the top with sheer hard work and dedication towards my duties. 10 years in telecom industry at different positions and job roles has given me a deep insight of requirements of Business process & policies, Customer care, Sales and Business Segment. I am not at all reluctant to say that I have worn this shoe for a long time and I know where exactly it pinches.

My Professional journey comprises of Process & System developments, automation, re-engineering, Customer Services, Team Leadership, Appraisal management, Quality Assurance to revamping KPIs for my unit and Hiring right people for unit to setting up a talented Customer Care and Sales team from scratch, I have played a vital role in pulling off tasks for my employers.
