• To coordinate with District TB Coordinator, Regional Coordinator, District Lab Supervisor, Private Healthcare Facilities and Private Labs for effective implementation of the TB-DOTS under PPM project.
• Responsible for carrying out district mapping exercise in consultation with the district health department (Executive District Officer-Health (EDO-H)/District Health Officer (DHO)/ and District TB Coordinator (DTC) under guidance of the Regional Coordinator
• Timely submission of monthly work plan, monthly progress report, and quarterly TB Recording and reporting (R&R) tools after endorsement from district health authorities
• To conduct regular visits of selected private health facilities and labs to ensure proper recording of TB R&R tools , timely supply of anti TB drugs, labs reagents, chemical and registration of TB cases
• To do contact screening of the bacteriological positive case on regular basis
• To support health facility staff in maintaining anti-TB drug stock
• To develop regular follow up mechanism for the identification of TB suspects, MDR suspects and registration of new smear positive cases
• Responsible for the implementation of the PPM activities in the field in close coordination of district health authorities and in support of the Regional Coordinator
• Responsible for maintaining chronological record (programmatic and financial) including activity photographs, minutes of meetings and field monitoring reports etc. of all the field activities at district level
• Responsible for submission of programmatic and financial record to regional office of all field activities on monthly basis in line with the NFM Operational Guidelines
• Conduct him/her self professionally and personally in such a manner so as to bring credit to (name of SR) and in no way jeopardizing its humanitarian efforts
• To support and facilitate supervisory visits from the national, provincial and district level.
Conduct Community gathering in the local communities.
• Ensure efficient and smooth implementation of Food Security and Livelihoods program interventions Tasks & responsibilities
• Participate in Village profiling, beneficiary registration and baseline-end line assessments
• Participate in formation of Village Project Committees and their capacity building
• Participate in all project related assessments, studies
• Prepare daily, weekly work plan of the project activities
• Monitoring and follow up of project activities on daily basis
• Prepare daily, weekly activity progress reports and submit to the supervisor
• Participate in debriefings with the deputy program manager
• Participate actively in initial training sessions, rapid assessments and debriefing
• Document all filled assessment formats properly and handover to supervisor
• Ensure efficient and smooth execution of Food Security and livelihoods program
• Day to day monitoring of different project activities
• Coordinate and provide technical support for successful implementation of the program
• Prepare weekly progress report and submit to the supervisor
• Implementing of security plan
• Assessment and Data Collection
• Planning and implementing the Cash Distributions through Financial Institutions
• Conducting post distribution monitoring PDM
• Participate in various assessments (i.e. Village profiling, Beneficiary registration, Baseline & Endline etc.) and collect data on designed formats.
• Conduct Key Informant Interviews, Household interviews and FGDs and gather required information on specific tool
• Participate in orientation/training programs regarding assessments
• Document all filled assessment formats properly and handover to supervisor
• Monitoring of CCG schemes and prepare Volume of Work of it
• Monitoring of Vendors of Food Voucher modality
• Prepare the voucher redemption sheets with the close collaboration of Finance department
