Manage different checklists for Health, Safety and Environmental hazards.
Develop and propose policies, programs, and procedures for effective integration of HSE in the company.
Provide HSE and technical support for general queries and report on HSE performance and best practice.
Attend safety meetings and actively participate in decision making to improve safe working conditions/practices.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HSE functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Maintain safety/accident records for both internal and external metrics and reporting.
Plan, coordinate, perform, or delegate safety training and testing, including orientation, given to supervisors and employees.
Develop and maintain workplace hygiene/ambience programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, lighting and ergonomics.
Perform routine inspections to ensure the presence of fire prevention equipment, safety equipment and first-aid supplies, all over the workplace.
Administer and support the access control, fire alarm systems, and video surveillance equipment.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) plans for all assigned facilities.
Evaluate hazards within the office, warehouse, and project/network sites for safety, security, health, and environmental risks.
Participate and facilitate HSE audits, reviews assessments.
Inspect and audit company's offices, network sites, project sites and warehouses for safety program compliance.
Write safety audit reports and issue corrective actions for non-compliance found during inspections.
Support collecting, storing, analyzing, tracking and reporting HSE performance data (e.g. Incident report findings, Audit actions)
