Project Manager(Financial Planning and Business Analysis)
• Manage assigned projects and initiated new directions for controlling the existing problems, which helped in improving and refining the operational process.
• Manage multiple projects and work closely with Cross Functional Teams to ensure timely and effective accomplishment of the assigned projects.
• Establish Project Plan Baseline: defined project scope and charter, allocated resources, plan and monitored all activities.
• Implement and lead Product Development Process by managing internal and external resources.
• Develop Flow Charts for IT Department to demonstrate the direction /processes of the project.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and customer relations and operations department to deliver the product according to stakeholder requirements.

• Regularly Present the Project Performance to the Senior Management including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer to communicate them the accomplishments and the associated risks.
