Manage housekeeping staff & their rosters to meet proper cleaning standards of the buildingTrain and supervise employees who work in facilitiesInspect buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.Resolve issues of the parking space and ensure proper allocation.Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance of the buildingManage the procurement and issuance of janitorial supplies, grocery, kitchen supplies.Prepare the monthly budget for janitorial supplies, grocery, kitchen suppliesManage event on different occasions and procure the materials as per the requirement.Schedule a fumigation plan in the building periodically.Ensure a well-maintained system and cleanliness of the drinking water dispensers and keep a track of in/out of water tankers.Plans and organizes the landscaping of the building and assure aesthetic appeal.Ensure a proper system of waste disposal from the building.
