Providing all type of agriculture technical field services i.e.
· Identification of organic land zones in Punjab after thorough visits and research. Started from scratch the organic project of Rohtas Associates/Shafi Gluco Chem Pvt Ltd under supervision of Director.
· Hosting international auditors inspection visits to organic production units (farms)
· Preparation of organic production plans and Organic system plans (OSPs).
· Coordination with certification body, top management and govt. regulatory authorities.
· Monitoring for avoidance of inorganic chemicals (fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics, food additives, GMO, irradiation's etc.
· Evaluation of farm land and periodic on-site inspections.
· Development of offers advice's to help farmers processes in full conversion plan.
· Complaints concerned the products with the corrective action taken.
· Make sure the processing is in accordance to the approved product specification.
· Standard format preparation of maps of the total size of the holdings and the numbers of hectares to convert into organic.
· Development of farming system- crop rotation, mixed cropping.
· Protection of natural enemies, Bio control, use of allowed plant protection materials & preparation of information about all the farm records.
· Monitory use of allowed products.
· Regular field data collection and reporting to higher management.
· Staff Training towards USAID (NOP) and its certified agencies like Control Union, Eurofin and their regulations day by day.
· Training of the field staffs and farmers towards Best Agricultural Practices (BAP).
· Field trials monitoring and evaluation.
· Look after research and development activities of the company towards business development.
· Farm complaints handling and develop an SOP’s for effective management.
· Agriculture farm development, operations for product sales promotion.
· Liaison with Government officials, R&D organization and other local competitors for advanced methodologies techniques to promote the R&D operations.
· Make effective plan for plant protection measures
· Any official duty assigned from time to time

10. Introduction of new technologies in agriculture farming inorder to reduce production cost.
11. Working on improved agronomic practices to enhance the crop productivity.

3. Assist in analysis of various agronomic issues of vegetable seed production.

4. Promotion of fresh vegetable, off-season, vegetable seed production through Private Public partnerships.

5. Collaboration with participatory units, Public & Private seed stake holders.

6. Assist in developing technical monographs related with vegetable seed and nursery production.

7. Liaison with project stake holders of project development activities.

8. Management of day to day research and development program and achievements.

9. Farmer’s training and capacity building through participatory units.

10. Organize the initial work of various participatory units and fruit nursery germ-plasm protection.

11. Establishment of GPU’s for mango and citrus orchards in different climatic zones.

12. Management of national hybrid seed evaluation trials.

13. Collections and interpretations of the field data analysis use advance statistical techniques.

14. Monthly report compilation on the FCU’s activities and further submission to M/o NFS&R, M/o Planning, Development & Reforms & PD (M&E).
