 Automated the manual process of making foreign payments.
 Shift of manual process of paying duty/ taxes to an online process of fund transfer.
 Developed a system of following up electronically with the shippers.
 Import of Asia’s largest Bio mass power plant project.
 Reduction of security deposit from 25 Million to 7 Million by negotiating with shipping lines.
 Saving of PKR 1 Million on the import of corrugating machine.
 Huge reduction in detention charges.

 Strategically plan and manage imports, logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
 Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
 Documentation of Letter of Credit, Contracts and Telegraphic Transfer of 6 Billion Dollars’ Imports of company.
 Freight Forwarding of LCL consignments from China, Germany, European, UAE and USA.
 Customs Clearance of 4,000 Containers, Raw Materials and 9000 consignments of spare parts annually.
