Research Associate
Working on a Randomized Control Trial that aims to quantify the impact of social norms on women’s participation and whether a simple intervention can improve female labor force participation. My role is to interact with our team at Duke University regarding analysis of the overall program. Furthermore, automate data analysis and reporting using Stata, develop visualizations, questionnaire design, SurveyCTO coding, and perform analysis for the program team and Principal Investigators.
