• Experienced in infrastructure architecture, capable of designing end-to-end hosting environments and technical plans aligned with business requirements

• Assist in response and timeline of Audits (Internal/External) and RCSA & its risk mitigation plans
• Supervision of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for IT Systems and Services
• Assist in official correspondence with departments and vendors
• Prepare noting(s), presentation(s), report(s) and action plan(s) for subsequent submission to management
