Ten years of working experience in corporate, social and development sector. I have worked with various national and multinational organizations i.e. APEX Consulting Pakistan, MTBC and Mustaq Que e Madina. In different assignments worked on a number of Monitoring, Evaluation and Research projects including baselines, evaluation, prevalence surveys, opinion surveys, and impact assessments for WHO, UNDP, USAID, RSPN, IRC, PBOS, and PPAF. While working on these assignments, I acquired a rich experience of research and survey designing and implementation. Developing an understanding of various thematic issues such as education, health, socioeconomic and poverty, I understand the value of primary and secondary research.
Major Responsibilities:
I. Project Management and Execution:
· Close Communication with Client, Senior Management, and Project Consultants;
· Reporting to senior management through emails regarding project updates;
· Provide Assistance in the Development of Qualitative and Quantitative Tools;
· Imparting Training to Field Teams and pre-testing of Questionnaires;
· Check and balance on DEO’s for data quality and accuracy;
· Supervision of field teams in Data Collection;
· Data Management, tagging and Cleaning;
· Data Analysis through SPSS & MS Excel;
· Project Reports Development.
II. Business Development
Proposals and Expressions of Interests (EOIs) development for International and National clients i.e.; World Bank, UNHCR, UNDP, UNICEF, Oxfam GB, International Rescue Committee (IRC), The Micronutrient Initiative (MI), Save the Children, PPAF, DAI, Plan International, World Vision, The Asia Foundation (TAF) and Buero of Statistics Punjab (BOS).

• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness;
• Ensure accurate and timely e-filing of annually statements of with holdings & sales tax;
• Short and Long Assignments weekly and monthly reports to management;
• Working with tour operators to buy travel packages;

• Recruiting and training new staff;
