Payroll Grievances of staff relating to workshop and resolve them as soon as possible with the helpe of Head office senior staff.
Guide workshop staf regarding transfer posting applications and other issues.
Take part in hiring of Sanitary Workers, Drivers and Technical staff.
Take part in activivtes like Vaccination of COVID-19 in Workshops.
Take part in staff account opening activities in workshop
Prepare/compile all data of staf related to workshop
Intimate about HR policey to In-charges in Workshops and staff as well.
Conduct PESSI E-Card Activity in workshops and collect compile datga from all HR Officers after that send these final reports to Head Office to the concern Assistant Manager HR.

• Make complete Ledger on QuickBooks software Mess of staff preparing and arranging.
• Staff Detail all Administrative duties (Salaries, Advances, Allowances, solve staff conflicts etc.
• All Accounts records maintain in Manual form and also on Software Quick Book.
• Create Cash Requisitions (for Cash Demand at Site from head office)
• Arrange material and maintain records; Purchase all type of goods that use at site.
• Developing and implementing budgets
• Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
