Currently employed as Union Council Operations Officer ‘UCOO’ from 01-07-2023 till date; by CHIP Training & Consulting (CTC)’ and offering my services to its Client’s (WHO) Community Based Vaccination Program ‘CBV’. It is a Managerial level Position and 23 staff members are working under my direct supervision and total 105 under my indirect supervision/ as part of a team.
This position is associated with Child and Maternity healthcare in broader sense; however Covid-19, Dengue surveillance / operations etc are also associated with this position and operations are being conducted in community as per plan by DHO/ District Government.
Furthermore, recently Certificate of Appreciation is being awarded associated with this position by Rotary International for rendering meritorious services to the cause of polio eradication.

I have worked as Union Council Delivery and Operations Officer ‘UCDO’ from 14-01-2022 till 30-06-2023 employed by Professional Employers Private Limited (PEOPLE)' where I served my duties as Line Manager to its Client’s (UNICEF) Community Based Vaccination Program ‘CBV’. Furthermore, I had team of 23 under my direct supervision to design, manage and execute all CBV related healthcare projects i.e. Child and Maternal healthcare and team of 99 as part of indirect supervision / Monitoring.  
Furthermore, during my employment, I have worked on many health related projects funded/ Initiated by Government and other stakeholders as First Level Supervisor; most recently in Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine drive’ initiated in September 2022.
Moreover, 'Letter of Appreciation' associated with this position is being awarded by the employer as an acknowledgement of my efforts by the programme stakeholders on June 01, 2023.

Job role was 'Field Data Collection for Baseline Survey'; from 24 Nov 2021 to 30 Nov 2021.

I have worked for one year in SRSP as an internee and got experience and skills in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation, Report/Proposal Writing, Community Mobilization and SRSP Microcredit Programme.
