Preparation, finalization and submission of Annual Corporate Return of the Companies under the requirements of
The Companies Ordinance, 1984. (SECP)
Preparation, drafting and finalization of Annual & Semi Annual Management Accounts for Higher Management
Reporting and for Auditors.
Dealing with the case till finalization of Income Tax Assessment, if the case comes up for details scrutiny.
Increase in authorized and paid-up capital of the Companies under FBR Rules.
Opening of new bank account of Companies after incorporation.
Interaction with Executive Management of clients to discuss the control weakness, implications and
recommendations.
