Forwards potential candidate(s) CVs to Project Manager for checking the suitability and short listing for Interviews.
Developing and designing the advertisement & Identifies the appropriate News Paper, city and day to attract the maximum number of potential candidates.
Ensures that advertisement response is compiled and all screened out CVs are shared with the concerned Site Managers for screening & short listing.
Interview Planning and Checks the availability of Interviewer(s) (Interview Panel)
