Muslim Hands, an international aid agency and NGO, grew from grass roots movement and since these first efforts, responded to countless more emergencies, as well as establishing long term projects such as schools, healthcare clinics and livelihood programmes worldwide. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit to field looking after work
• Take daily attendance of labor
• Arrange workshop for the labor
• Provide materials and latest machinery to labor
• Pay daily wages to labor
• Feedback to the coordinator of the project

Working as a field monitor officer in Muslim hands international in Dir upper. Co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of the MHI assistance programmers’ at the local level, in close collaboration with the implementing partners
 Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as NFIs, storage, transport and distribution at the site and verify if the amounts received have been properly recorded, damaged or suspected to be damaged
 Oversee the distribution of NFI items at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements. Verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide feedback to Project Manager and others on the distribution
 Assist in conducting regular meetings with local administration and implementing partners on the commodity pipeline, distribution arrangements, NFI entitlements and other relevant issues
 Assist in the implementation of the plan of action, review achievements and constraints and provide feedback accordingly
 Follow up to ensure that all reports to be prepared and submitted by the warehouse staff and implementing partners are done accurately and submitted on a timely basis
 Report periodically to the Project Manager on relevant events regarding NFI management, distribution and other related issues
 Supervise and train other personnel as appropriate
 Perform any other related duties as required
