·         Develop Monitoring Frameworks: Design and implement monitoring frameworks for various projects and programs, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection methods, and evaluation criteria.
·         Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze relevant data to track progress against targets and objectives. Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
·         Monitoring Activities: Conduct regular monitoring activities, including school visits, meetings with school principals, directors and teacher and review of documentation. Ensure compliance with monitoring plans and procedures.
·         Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive monitoring reports detailing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Present findings to Principals and Head office in a clear and concise manner.
·         Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of monitoring data through regular data verification and validation exercises. Identify and address any data quality issues or discrepancies.
·         Capacity Building: Provide training and support to school staff and partners on monitoring and evaluation techniques, tools, and best practices.
·         Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to project implementation and propose mitigation measures to address them.
·         Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and refine monitoring processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness­­.

Work towards the achievement of PRC goal of a First Aider in every Home through First Aid Program

Coordinate with the District authorities and communities to identify educational and other institutions for implementation of FA program.

Plan Basic FA trainings in the selected institutions of their respective Districts.

Prepare a monthly and quarterly plan of Trainings in coordination with the Provincial FA Coordinator.

Conduct trainings in Educational and other Institutions at least 5/month with 15-20 participants

Send report of each training to the Provincial FA Coordinator by end of each activity and monthly/quarterly/annual report by 30th/end of every month/quarter/annum.

Develop, update and share FA training participant database on monthly basis with their respective PHQs.

Assist FA Coordinator in all official matters as and when required.
