Manage Floor team.
Office management.
Fulfillments of documents.
Administrate and maintain daily office operations.
Prepare payrolls

             FUNCTIONAL AREA:

Injection molding (auto parts, disposable items)

             JOB RESPONSIBILTY:

Coordinate and report to manager.
Meet production target and minimize loss time.
Setting parameters/ troubleshooting to meet quality and assigned target.
Production is done on production order generated through ERP manager software (Accord to plan received from SCM).
Coordinate with QC department to ensure product as per to desire standard.
Ensure 5’s implementation
Ensure food safety for all food products.
Ensure PPE’s use (helmets, gloves, safety shoes etc.)
Make sure each job done through SOP’S and documentation.
Mounting and demounting of molds.
Trails of new mold with coordination of development.
Train new employee to perform their jobs accord to SOP’s and 5’s.
Assign jobs to staff.

            FUNCTIONAL AREA:

Injection molding (stationary items)
Assembling machines (ink remover, ball pen and pointer)
Screen printing (scale, ink remover and pointer)
Thermal printing (pencil box)
Warehouse

Report to director.

Ensure quality with standards.
Production planning and reports.
Manage and report, raw material and finished goods stock.
Mounting and demounting of molds.
Ensure maintenance jobs on time to avoid production loss.
Train new employee and Assign jobs to staff.
