RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Master Schedule of Different Projects.
Prepare Project Base Line Schedule & details Plan in Primavera P6.
Update Schedule & Progress Tacking on Weekly basis.
Identifying and analyzing critical path and resource planning
Monitor & Expedite the overall progress on daily bases
Provide Weekly & Monthly look-ahead schedule
Project Monitoring by providing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report, Actual Manpower & Project
Review Report, Execution status and Project Delay Report
Prepare Monthly / Cumulative Planed Vs Earned Progress Histogram & S-Curve
Site visit to check work as per given schedule.
Ensure that all design inputs, design changes are completely corporate in drawings.
Client Coordination (Meetings, Site Visit & Tech Quires)
Cost controlling and keeping the cost of labor & budget limits.
Preparation of List of finished work & Final Settlement to verifying to Client for invoicing
Verify Extra Work Settlement to client for invoicing planning and scheduling tasks.
