Production Engineer
As Production Engineer:
Formulate and Update SOPs for Production Processes of Cell Phones for Pilot & Mass Production.
Maintenance, Optimization and Installation of Production Line Equipments before starting of Production.
Train and coach all Production line workers on SOP execution.
Perform Ongoing Reliability Tests at LAB of random Assembled cell phones to evaluate the physical and functional parameters of produced cell phones.Tests we perform are:(Humidity & Temperature Test,Free fall test,Micro drop test,RF testing,Battery testing,Soft pressure test,Adhesive test,Twisting test,Rain test,Keypad button life test and USB connector test etc).
Remain in collaboration with Production Line Incharge and team to develop and implement ideas for the improvement of Production Line Work flow/Efficiency/Accuracy/Per day Production Target achieving strategy etc.
Handling the task of In-Process Quality Control during Production to lookafter Quality Control, Final Quality Control and analyze the performance of workers either they do the task as per SOPs and assembling processes are performed correctly using the right tools with Quality Management Systems (ISO-9001), OHSAS, materials
and other KPIs.
Troubleshoot Production and Product On line issues and provide support in Production process.
Present each day Production report for Ongoing Reliability Tests, QC, FQC, OQC to the management for further improvements and considerations.
5W-1H-4M (Material, Method, Man, Machine) Implementation in Production work.
Product Development Engineer
As Product Development Engineer:
Responsible to develop new products including Design, Quality, Hardware, Software development, commissioning and final buy-off phases in order to meet the requirements of the customers.
Generate technical requirements for Cell phones (2G, 3G, 4G/LTE) and resources, sharing new ideas with marketing and business development heads to start new project with better performance and finish the project within the time line and budget.
Coordinate with internal or external engineering teams on new product design and oversee the conception and design of developed Products.
Firmware development (Cell Phones) & Maintenance.
Define the customer specifications to OEMs/ODMs.
Lookafter the after sales product issues try to overcome them in effective way.
Write reports and present progress at project meetings.
Oversee TAC Purchasing process through GSMA & Type Approval certification process for each equipment from PTA.
Involved in testing (Software/Hardware), troubleshooting and optimization of new products.
