Design and implement Performance Management System (PMS). Ensure that the process is transparent and equitable.  Roll out programs to increase employee awareness on company values.  Design and implement Succession Planning process. Ensure all key positions have at least two ready backups.  Roll out Organization Health and Manager Quality surveys.  Develop and monitor annual learning budget.
