Designation : THIRD PARTY API 653 INSPECTOR
Client : Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL)
• Perform Internal and External inspection of Storage Tank as per applicable code and project specification.
• Review Material Test Certificates according to Material Specification and verifying the Inspection Reports.
• Supervise all welding and related activities and monitor repair & NDT of defective welds.
• Coordinate with Client QC personnel regarding the inspection activities.
• Preparation of Project Specific Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and Weld Maps , Inspection reports etc
• Implementation of WPS/PQR , QIP and client procedures/specification on site .
• Stage wise Inspection of fabrication activities and preparation of reports for Fit up Inspection , Peaking Inspection , Banding Inspection , Plumbness , Radius measurement , RD pads pneumatic test inspection , Post Weld Heat Treatment , Sand Blasting inspection, Painting Inspection , Visual Inspection of Completed Welds , Hydrostatic test inspection , Vacuum Box testing etc
• To review the NDT reports for completeness as per Governing Code and Project specification.
• Prepare the final Quality Control Dossier/Manufacturer Data Book as per client requirements.
• Follow up and close out of Non-conformances Report (NCR)
