I have done Masters in commerce and I had worked with different organzations in different environments. I had worked in Government sector as well as in manufacturing and currently working in social sector. My academic qualification and technical know how enables me to meet the challenges of the changing environment. I have adequate knowledge of Accounts,Administratin & social sector. Which provides me with the competitive edge over others.
As monitoring officer Visit factories and stitching centers of participating manufactures and subcontractors to verify internal information of stitchers provided by the participating manufactures. Conduct area base monitoring for any unregistered stitching activities of participating and non- participating manufacturers. Identify children from stitching centers as well as from the community for social rehabilitation program. During normal monitoring, visit NFE’s established by partner NGO’s. Keep record of dropped out children and track them back with the help of teacher & local community. With the help stitching community, assess the micro credit beneficiaries form stitching sector specially designed by partner NDO. Help partner NGO in execution of health component of project for stitching community. Organize community meeting with the help of the partner NGO’s about creating awareness against menace of the child labor, it also includes dangerous precautions of unregistered stitching activities. Compile all information in set of proformas in such a manner that this information would be entered in database, and could be used for further analysis and reports writing. Submit all monitoring reports to Chief Executive Officer/ Monitoring Coordinator.

Preparing of vouchers (Cash, Bank, Receipt, Payment & Journal Vouchers)
Maintaining Books of Accounts (Cash Book, Bank Book, & General Ledger etc.)
Cash reconciliation on daily basis, Bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
Preparation of staff salary slips and disbursement of salaries.
Get the computerized system functional (all accounting to be done on computer system)
Making all cash and bank payments and deal with all the bank related issues.
Arranging for annual audits of IMAC accounts.
Preparing financial and accounting reports for presentation to the IMAC Management Committee and to the IMAC Board of Governors.
As an Administrative Officer
Ensuring the implementation of IMAC procedures in letter and spirit;
Keeping a proper record of the staff leave and efficiently run the group medical insurance facility available to the office staff;
Procuring office supplies, stationery, office equipments following the procedures laid down in IMAC ‘Management Procedures Manual”
Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of office premises;
Ensuring the payment of all utility bills on time;
Ensure the proper and regular maintenance of office equipments and office vehicles;
Bring improvement in present office management systems to enhance congeniality in the office environment and improved interpersonal relationship among the office staff;
