Overall custodian of the sub branch: stock, cash & fixed assets and their safety.
  Will provide and ensure smooth logistic support to the sales' field forces.
 Manage inventory, timely delivery of goods, shipment loading, documentation and data entry into the system.
  Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of his sub branch.
  Will carry out correct, regular and religious daily audit/stock taking of his branch & will also keep a record of the same.
  Supervising matters such as SESSI/PESSI, EOBI and  labour department.
  Ensure availability as well as provision of stocks required by the business line for execution of orders.
  Strict vigilance of branch against fraud and theft through surprise checks of documents and stock.
  Strict vigilance of branches premises for safety and security including firefighting measures.
  Selection and negotiation with various types of vendors pertaining to admin and logistics of the branches.
  Maintain the inventory of all SKUs in the sub branch.
  Negotiate costs with the vendors.
  Manage disposal of rejected and damaged products and keep a record of it.
  Ensure implementation the principle of first in first out (FIFO) of SKUs at the warehouse.
  Manage attendance and overtime of staff.
  Ensure correct stocking, general upkeep and cleanliness of area.
  Ensures that sales team strictly follows the policy of infield banking and no one carries cash amount over the specified limit.
  Will not issue stock to any member of field force if there is any previous shortage against that person.
  Ensure that the trade vans are fitted with best available safes and no transport goes on execution without adequate safety arrangements.
 Be accountable for and effectively supervise the work of the staff under supervision.
 Carry out any professional duty which the company may assign in relation to the business of the company.
 Always adhere to the best business practices, be polite, honest and sincere to the company.
  Ensures that Inward gate pass, Outward gate pass, Returnedable gate pass, Goods received note, and manage transportation vehicles.
  Manage supply chain objectives for improving quality, cost and delivery performance.
  Working on ERP-ORACLE and analyze data for Operations and sales.
