Role & Responsibilities
To plan the painting activities in plant and in painting shop as per released and requested packages and spools respectively.
To make sure the availability of Materials and equipments for the safe and efficient execution of production plans.
To make sure the availability of proper PPEs for all the painting construction team.
To maintain and update the production rate in order to meet the Project deadline by arranging additional equipment, materials and manpower, if needed.
To utilize the resources of the company and client in an efficient manner so as to provide maximum possible output efficiently.
To make sure the maximum productivity of team without compromising on quality.

Planning of back processes on the basis of EDD Earlieat Delivery date rule , to make all 119 looms running.

Worked as Graduate Trainee in Logistics Department.

 Projects and activities include Inventory Cycle Count, Contracts Management and keeping follow up with the contractors and vendors for the supply of materials and services.

1. Desired Product specification.
2. Availability of the required Raw Material, Sizes and Grades of the Wire Rod.
3. Desired quantity and the deadline of the delivery to customer.
4. Manufacturing Lead Time.
5. Selection of the appropriate machine.
6. Reduction Plan of dies for the manufacturing of desired sizes.
 Give Daily Plan to each of the departments according to the production plan and contingency demands of the customers.
