To provide support in the implementation of HR policies
To ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
To initiate, and coordinate the hiring process as per the requirements.
To ensure the maintenance of personal records of all the project employees

To organize Orientation sessions of new project employees

To guide/orient project staff on HR policies and procedures
